在電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障約占全(quan)(quan)部故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)85%,而且這些單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障中(zhong),85%以(yi)上(shang)是瞬時的(de)(de)和(he)可(ke)以(yi)恢復的(de)(de)。電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)運行(xing)的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)性和(he)供電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性,在其(qi)它條件相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)(de)情況下,取決于系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)性點(dian)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)方式(shi)(shi),即(ji)中(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式(shi)(shi)。在有效接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障線路(lu)會被(bei)迅速切除(chu),防止事故(gu)(gu)擴大,這對(dui)于110kV及以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)輸變電(dian)(dian)網絡來說是合適(shi)的(de)(de)。35kV及以(yi)下中(zhong)壓輸配電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),由于對(dui)供電(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性要求高(gao),則采用了中(zhong)性點(dian)非有效接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式(shi)(shi),或稱(cheng)小電(dian)(dian)流接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式(shi)(shi),對(dui)于發生幾率較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障,不會產生危及人身、設備和(he)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)安全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流,并具有瞬時性單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障自(zi)愈(yu)能(neng)力,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)線電(dian)(dian)壓仍(reng)然對(dui)稱(cheng),可(ke)以(yi)保持對(dui)用戶的(de)(de)連續供電(dian)(dian)。
我國6~35kV中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong)主要采用中(zhong)性(xing)點不接地(di)或經(jing)消弧線圈接地(di)的非有(you)效(xiao)接地(di)方式(shi),提(ti)高(gao)了中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong)的供電(dian)(dian)可靠性(xing)。但(dan)另(ling)一方面(mian),這種接地(di)方式(shi)也給中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸配電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)帶來了一些問題,主要是單相(xiang)接地(di)時會引(yin)起弧光(guang)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)及諧振過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。特別對于(yu)較(jiao)高(gao)倍數的間歇性(xing)弧光(guang)接地(di)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如不能及時消除,可能造成避雷器(qi)熱崩潰、電(dian)(dian)纜放炮、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)互感器(qi)故障、絕緣閃絡等各(ge)類事故,引(yin)發第二點接地(di)造成危害較(jiao)大的相(xiang)間事故。
這(zhe)些事故(gu)表(biao)明中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)非有效接(jie)地(di)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)會(hui)給系(xi)統(tong)(tong)電(dian)氣設備的(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)安全帶來(lai)一(yi)(yi)些問(wen)題。這(zhe)些問(wen)題如果(guo)不能有效解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue),用(yong)戶(hu)就會(hui)在(zai)供(gong)電(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)和(he)運行(xing)安全性(xing)(xing)兩者(zhe)間(jian)進行(xing)選(xuan)擇(ze),也就是中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)接(jie)地(di)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)。多年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)經(jing)驗(yan)表(biao)明,在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)選(xuan)擇(ze)有效接(jie)地(di)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)會(hui)顯(xian)著(zhu)地(di)降低供(gong)電(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)。因此保持(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)非有效接(jie)地(di)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)提高供(gong)電(dian)可靠性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)優點(dian)(dian)同時(shi)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)這(zhe)種接(jie)地(di)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)帶來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題是近(jin)年(nian)來(lai)中(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個主要(yao)研(yan)究課題。解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)問(wen)題的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)在(zai)于準確(que)的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障選(xuan)線和(he)有效的(de)(de)(de)后續處理。在(zai)準確(que)確(que)定故(gu)障支路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,根據故(gu)障支路(lu)(lu)負載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)性(xing)(xing)以及故(gu)障的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)質來(lai)靈活、有效地(di)確(que)定故(gu)障的(de)(de)(de)處理方(fang)(fang)式(shi),形(xing)成系(xi)統(tong)(tong)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)方(fang)(fang)案。
目前(qian)市場(chang)上廣泛使用的(de)小電(dian)流選(xuan)線方式往(wang)往(wang)受到接(jie)(jie)地點(dian)阻抗變化范圍大(da)、工況復雜、零序電(dian)流信號弱、電(dian)磁(ci)干擾強等各種因素的(de)影響,難以快速、準(zhun)確地選(xuan)出(chu)發生單(dan)相接(jie)(jie)地故障支路,選(xuan)線準(zhun)確率較低。
泰隆電(dian)(dian)氣在聯合(he)(he)各(ge)界資源(yuan)力量、在國內外電(dian)(dian)力行業的(de)技術(shu)支持(chi)下誕生了一種智能化電(dian)(dian)網單相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故障綜(zong)合(he)(he)保護管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(簡稱接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)綜(zong)合(he)(he)了直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、不接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、消弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)等(deng)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式相(xiang)互配(pei)合(he)(he)運(yun)行,比目前電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采(cai)用單一的(de)中性點不接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、消弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、小(中)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式具(ju)有更高的(de)供電(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠性、選線(xian)準確率(lv)高、過電(dian)(dian)壓倍數低和(he)消諧、消弧(hu)(hu)等(deng)作用好的(de)特(te)點。新建(jian)電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可(ke)以采(cai)用手(shou)動干預法(fa)運(yun)行,也可(ke)以采(cai)用自(zi)動模式運(yun)行。
二、技術方案
在中性點(dian)(dian)(dian)非有效接(jie)(jie)地(di)系統(tong)中,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)接(jie)(jie)地(di)變壓器引出(chu)一個(ge)中性點(dian)(dian)(dian),該中性點(dian)(dian)(dian)與接(jie)(jie)地(di)運(yun)行渦流(liu)磁控(kong)開關IGBT串聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)入(ru)可控(kong)電(dian)阻后(hou)(hou)接(jie)(jie)地(di)。系統(tong)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行時,接(jie)(jie)地(di)運(yun)行渦流(liu)磁控(kong)開關IGBT不(bu)導(dao)通(tong)(tong)。當系統(tong)或線路(lu)發(fa)(fa)生單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障時,接(jie)(jie)地(di)變壓器的(de)(de)中性點(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)生變化,裝置中的(de)(de)主控(kong)制(zhi)器檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障信(xin)號,并(bing)觸發(fa)(fa)接(jie)(jie)地(di)運(yun)行渦流(liu)磁控(kong)開關IBGT導(dao)通(tong)(tong),零序(xu)(xu)回路(lu)將流(liu)過(guo)一個(ge)脈(mo)沖(chong)可控(kong)的(de)(de)零序(xu)(xu)大電(dian)流(liu),該零序(xu)(xu)電(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障線路(lu),故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障線路(lu)測(ce)距定位信(xin)號采(cai)集單(dan)元(yuan)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障信(xin)號后(hou)(hou)發(fa)(fa)送給控(kong)制(zhi)器,判(pan)斷(duan)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障線路(lu)、故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障類型及故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障時間和故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障波形(xing)等。然后(hou)(hou)根(gen)據單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)性質(zhi),再采(cai)用(yong)不(bu)同的(de)(de)工作方式,讓消弧線圈和觸點(dian)(dian)(dian)消弧、電(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)地(di)及不(bu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)互(hu)相(xiang)配合,消除弧光(guang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障,并(bing)互(hu)相(xiang)保護。
對于瞬時(shi)性接(jie)地故(gu)(gu)(gu)障和(he)(he)弧(hu)光接(jie)地故(gu)(gu)(gu)障,通過(guo)干預技術完(wan)成故(gu)(gu)(gu)障測(ce)距定位后迅(xun)速(su)啟動脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈和(he)(he)觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu),用觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)來旁(pang)路(lu)暫(zan)態、高頻(pin)接(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈暫(zan)態電(dian)(dian)(dian)感電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,當(dang)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈穩定工作(zuo)并實(shi)現(xian)補償后,退出(chu)(chu)觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu),待故(gu)(gu)(gu)障消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除后再退出(chu)(chu)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈。由(you)于有脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈以及低殘(can)壓過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓吸收裝(zhuang)置和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻來限制觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)的(de)真空接(jie)觸器開斷(duan)引起的(de)操作(zuo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,對于瞬時(shi)性接(jie)地故(gu)(gu)(gu)障或(huo)弧(hu)光接(jie)地故(gu)(gu)(gu)障,這種組合式的(de)工作(zuo)方式克服了傳統的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈或(huo)觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)、不接(jie)地、小電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻接(jie)地單獨(du)應用的(de)缺陷,更加有利于故(gu)(gu)(gu)障的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除,使裝(zhuang)置的(de)可靠性大(da)大(da)提(ti)高。

裝置(zhi)具(ju)有(you)故障(zhang)錄波功能,可(ke)以提供故障(zhang)前(qian)后(hou)的(de)(de)波形,包括故障(zhang)發生前(qian)的(de)(de)一個周期和故障(zhang)發生后(hou)五(wu)個周期的(de)(de)波形。可(ke)保存現場(chang)故障(zhang)錄波數(shu)據(ju)和選(xuan)線結果(guo)20000次(ci)。
