在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)約占(zhan)全(quan)部故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的(de)85%,而且(qie)這些(xie)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)中(zhong)(zhong),85%以(yi)上是瞬時的(de)和(he)可以(yi)恢復的(de)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)運行的(de)安全(quan)性(xing)和(he)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)可靠性(xing),在其它條件相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),取決于(yu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)的(de)工作方式,即中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)方式。在有效接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)線(xian)路會被(bei)迅速切除,防(fang)止(zhi)事故(gu)擴大,這對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)110kV及以(yi)上的(de)輸(shu)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡來(lai)說是合適的(de)。35kV及以(yi)下(xia)中(zhong)(zhong)壓輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),由于(yu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)可靠性(xing)要求高(gao),則(ze)采用了中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)非有效接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)方式,或稱(cheng)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)方式,對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)發生幾(ji)率較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),不會產生危及人身、設備(bei)和(he)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)安全(quan)的(de)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,并具有瞬時性(xing)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)自(zi)愈能力(li),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓仍(reng)然對(dui)(dui)(dui)稱(cheng),可以(yi)保(bao)持(chi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)用戶的(de)連續供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
我國6~35kV中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)系統主要(yao)采用中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點不(bu)接(jie)地或經消(xiao)弧線圈接(jie)地的(de)非有效接(jie)地方式,提高(gao)(gao)了(le)中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)系統的(de)供電(dian)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)。但另一方面,這(zhe)種接(jie)地方式也給中(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)配電(dian)系統帶來(lai)了(le)一些(xie)問題,主要(yao)是單(dan)相接(jie)地時(shi)會引起弧光過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)及(ji)諧(xie)振過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。特別對于較高(gao)(gao)倍數的(de)間歇性(xing)(xing)弧光接(jie)地過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),如不(bu)能(neng)及(ji)時(shi)消(xiao)除(chu),可(ke)能(neng)造(zao)成避(bi)雷(lei)器熱崩潰(kui)、電(dian)纜放炮、電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)互感器故(gu)障、絕緣(yuan)閃絡(luo)等各類事(shi)故(gu),引發第二點接(jie)地造(zao)成危害較大(da)的(de)相間事(shi)故(gu)。
這些事故(gu)(gu)表明(ming)中(zhong)壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)非有(you)效(xiao)接地(di)方式(shi)會(hui)給(gei)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統電氣設備(bei)的(de)(de)運行安全帶(dai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)一些問(wen)題(ti)(ti)。這些問(wen)題(ti)(ti)如(ru)果不(bu)能有(you)效(xiao)解(jie)(jie)決(jue),用戶就會(hui)在(zai)(zai)供電可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)和運行安全性(xing)(xing)(xing)兩者間進行選(xuan)擇,也就是(shi)中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)接地(di)方式(shi)的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇。多年的(de)(de)運行經(jing)驗表明(ming),在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統選(xuan)擇有(you)效(xiao)接地(di)方式(shi)會(hui)顯著地(di)降低供電可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)。因此保持中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)點(dian)(dian)非有(you)效(xiao)接地(di)方式(shi)提高(gao)供電可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)優點(dian)(dian)同時解(jie)(jie)決(jue)這種接地(di)方式(shi)帶(dai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)是(shi)近年來(lai)(lai)(lai)中(zhong)壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)一個主要(yao)研究(jiu)課題(ti)(ti)。解(jie)(jie)決(jue)這一問(wen)題(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)在(zai)(zai)于準確(que)的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)障選(xuan)線和有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)后續處(chu)理。在(zai)(zai)準確(que)確(que)定故(gu)(gu)障支路(lu)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),根據故(gu)(gu)障支路(lu)負載的(de)(de)重要(yao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)以及(ji)故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質來(lai)(lai)(lai)靈活(huo)、有(you)效(xiao)地(di)確(que)定故(gu)(gu)障的(de)(de)處(chu)理方式(shi),形成系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統解(jie)(jie)決(jue)方案(an)。
目前市(shi)場上(shang)廣泛使用的(de)(de)小電流(liu)(liu)選線方式(shi)往往受到(dao)接地點阻(zu)抗(kang)變化(hua)范圍大、工況復雜(za)、零序(xu)電流(liu)(liu)信(xin)號弱、電磁(ci)干擾強等各種(zhong)因素的(de)(de)影響,難以(yi)快速(su)、準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)地選出發(fa)生單相接地故障(zhang)支路,選線準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)率較低。
泰隆電(dian)(dian)氣在聯合(he)各界資源力量、在國內外電(dian)(dian)力行業的(de)技術支持(chi)下誕生了一種智能化電(dian)(dian)網(wang)單相接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)障綜合(he)保護管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(簡稱接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)綜合(he)了直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、不接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、電(dian)(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、消弧線圈等(deng)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式(shi)相互配合(he)運(yun)行,比目前電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單一的(de)中(zhong)性點(dian)不接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、消弧線圈接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)、小(中(zhong))電(dian)(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)方式(shi)具(ju)有更高的(de)供電(dian)(dian)可(ke)(ke)靠性、選線準確率高、過電(dian)(dian)壓倍數低和消諧、消弧等(deng)作用(yong)(yong)好(hao)的(de)特點(dian)。新建電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)動干預(yu)法(fa)運(yun)行,也(ye)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)自動模式(shi)運(yun)行。
二、技術方案
在中(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)非有(you)效接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)系統(tong)中(zhong),通過(guo)(guo)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)變壓器(qi)引出一(yi)個中(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian),該中(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)與接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)IGBT串聯接(jie)(jie)入可控(kong)(kong)(kong)電(dian)阻(zu)后接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)。系統(tong)正常運(yun)(yun)行(xing)時,接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)IGBT不導(dao)通。當系統(tong)或線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)發(fa)生(sheng)單(dan)(dan)相接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時,接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)變壓器(qi)的(de)中(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)發(fa)生(sheng)變化,裝置中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)檢測到故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)信(xin)號(hao),并(bing)觸發(fa)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)渦流(liu)(liu)(liu)磁(ci)控(kong)(kong)(kong)開關(guan)IBGT導(dao)通,零序(xu)回路(lu)將流(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)(guo)一(yi)個脈沖可控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)零序(xu)大電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),該零序(xu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)通過(guo)(guo)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu),故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)測距定位信(xin)號(hao)采(cai)集單(dan)(dan)元檢測到故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)信(xin)號(hao)后發(fa)送(song)給(gei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi),判斷(duan)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)、故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)類型及(ji)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時間(jian)和故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)波(bo)形等。然后根據單(dan)(dan)相接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)性(xing)質(zhi),再采(cai)用不同的(de)工作方式,讓消弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈和觸點(dian)(dian)消弧(hu)(hu)、電(dian)阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)及(ji)不接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)互(hu)相配合,消除(chu)弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang),并(bing)互(hu)相保(bao)護。
對(dui)于(yu)瞬時性接(jie)(jie)(jie)地故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)和(he)(he)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光接(jie)(jie)(jie)地故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),通過干預技術完成故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)測距定(ding)(ding)位(wei)后(hou)迅速啟(qi)動脈沖(chong)(chong)式(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)和(he)(he)觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),用觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)來(lai)旁路暫態、高(gao)頻接(jie)(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)脈沖(chong)(chong)式(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)暫態電(dian)(dian)感電(dian)(dian)流,當脈沖(chong)(chong)式(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)穩定(ding)(ding)工(gong)作并實現補償后(hou),退出(chu)觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),待故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除后(hou)再退出(chu)脈沖(chong)(chong)式(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)。由(you)于(yu)有(you)脈沖(chong)(chong)式(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)以及低殘壓(ya)過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)吸(xi)收裝置和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)阻來(lai)限制觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)(de)真空(kong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸器開斷引起的(de)(de)(de)操作過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),對(dui)于(yu)瞬時性接(jie)(jie)(jie)地故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)或弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)光接(jie)(jie)(jie)地故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),這種組合式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作方式(shi)克服了傳統的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)線圈(quan)或觸點(dian)(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、不(bu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地、小電(dian)(dian)阻接(jie)(jie)(jie)地單(dan)獨應(ying)用的(de)(de)(de)缺陷,更加有(you)利于(yu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除,使(shi)裝置的(de)(de)(de)可靠性大(da)大(da)提高(gao)。
